This is a very good read! A lot women can relate to the relational struggles Rene endured in her marriage in an effort to live her happily ever after. The courage and transparency the writer displayed to write her truth is commendable! Well done!
This was a riveting tell of a woman loving heart and long suffering. Her husband indiscretion were familiar and distasteful. I couldn't put this book down. Each page made you want more. You wanted to know how did it end and if she found her way back to reality and self-confidence. The main character wasn't with her faults but you rooted for her until the end. I need a sequel to this story. Fantastic Read!

I enjoyed this so much I read it in one night. Definitely was a page turned and pulled me into story. The fact that Rene was living in Lala land thinking that this toxic marriage could ever work keeps you reading waiting for her to snap out of it . I heard T.D Jakes once say because women are naturally nurtures we nurture our pain we’ll hold and fight and defend for it like it’s our child in this case I’ll say Rene nurtured her fantasy of happily ever after and she truly struggled to let it go but once she does she gives birth to her freedom and real happiness.
